Speaking Test, Week 7

Hi everyone,

As I mentioned in class, you need to do a speaking test next Tuesday.  You need to:

1) Find an article, about 2-4 paragraphs in length;

2) Look up/ research the new words that you find in a dictionary;

3) Read the article many times to understand the meaning of the story;

4) Talk to me if you have any questions about pronunciation or meaning;

5) Before the end of this week, give me a copy of your article;

6) Tell the class about your article next week!

Your article can be about celebrities (famous people), sports, hobbies, science, or anything.  Your article can be funny, serious, strange, or … anything!  However, it mustn’t be dirty – keep it clean!  Your article can’t be about sex or anything with rude words.
